For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “we” “our” or “us” shall mean the Credmitra Innovations Private Limited and / or third-party service providers engaged by Credmitra Innovations Private Limited and “you” “your” shall mean a User of this Website.

  6. Limited Liability
    In no event will we, our directors, officers, employees or agents be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:
    • any special, incidental or consequential damages;
    • the cost of procurement of substitute products or services;
    • for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or
    • for any amounts that exceed the amounts paid by you to us under this agreement in respect of the order under dispute or the amount paid to us in respect of the usage for past 6 months whichever is lower. We shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

  7. Severability
    In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms & Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

  8. Termination
    1. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
    2. These Terms & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
    3. You may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Website, or when you cease using our site.
